Commercial Developments

Camberley Silver Estates through the same core values, visions and goals as the Group as a whole will provide high quality, well designed and well constructed commercial developments that occupiers wish to occupy.

In addition to the above commercial developments Camberley Silver Estates are involved in renewable energy developments through the development of wind farms, either as standalone developments or as a joint venture with the land owner.

Residential Developments

Camberley Silver Residential Limited through the vision and goals set out for the Group aim to develop award winning homes for both the public and private sector.

It is Camberley Silver Residential Limited’s goal to produce homes that are not only sympathetic and in keeping with the locality, but have a regard for the environment and incorporate as much green design into them as practicably possible. Such designs are to incorporate the use of sustainable energy sources such as ground source heat pumps, and the reuse of grey water within the houses wherever possible.

Whilst location and style of the proposed Camberley Silver Residential schemes may vary, the underlying factor that will set our developments apart is the quality of their design and build.

Camberley Silver Investment Limited

Camberley Silver Investments is an investment company incorporating the same values, vision and goals as the rest of the group. Its purpose is to retain, and hold and manage the developments that the other companies in the group undertake, and to purchase new investment opportunities that arise.

The companies aim is to hold these investments, and in doing so build up a strong working relationship with the tenants of the properties.

Camberley Silver Management Limited

Camberley Silver Management Limited provides property development / investment and real estate consultancy service to both internal and external clients.

  • Development Consultancy – Working closely with the client from the inception of the project through to its completion.
  • Property Acquisitions – Site finding for occupiers, property developers and owner occupiers.
  • Letting and sales advice – Working with developers, occupiers and owner occupiers on a letting/sales strategy for their property.
  • Property Management - Proactivley manage both internal and external clients, landlords and tenants property ensuring that the "landlord / tenant" relationships are maintained and enhanced through the term of the lease.
  • Cost planning and construction management – Working with clients to provide advice on the construction costs of developments / refurbishments and fit outs of buildings. Working with clients to develop /construct / refurbish their property through proactive construction management and project management.
  • Employers Agent – Working with the client acting as an employer’s agent through the construction phase of their development/refurbishment works.
  • Design/structural consultancy – Working with the client advice on the structural design of the proposed development can be provided, along with transport planning, geotechnical engineering and M&E design.
  • Planning Advice – Working closely with the client to advise them on planning issues.
  • Renewable Energy Provision - Working with the client a full development service can be provided for the provision of renewable energy in isolation, or incorporation within property development. Conversely such renewable energy development can be undertaken via a joint venture or a partnership agreement with the client.
  • Camberley Silver Management and its associated group companies have the skills to assist existing owner occupiers to release the value in their land holdings. This is achieved by assisting them to develop their property and land so as to best accommodate the needs of their business. This can be done via the construction or refurbishment of new and old buildings, through sale and lease back proposals, and by proactively reviewing the clients property assets and assessing whether there are ways in generating extra income from them. Camberley Silver Managements and their associated group companies will work with the clients to ensure that the best solution is found for the client.

Camberley Silver Renewable Energy Limited

Camberley Silver Renewable Energy (CSRE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Camberley Silver Group. At CSRE we have a wealth of experience and knowledge in delivering wind turbine projects. Our experience spans development, engineering, construction and operation and maintenance. We can tailor our service to meet your exact needs.

CSRE specialise in finding and developing small and medium sized wind turbine projects or wind turbine farm sites. We take the time to carefully analyse each development site to ensure that any development proposal fits within the immediate environment as well as the social and economic environment. We specialise in developing agricultural, commercial and industrial sites across the UK.

We can provide a broad range of funding options, and can provide bespoke performance appraisals and can source funding if required.

Sites Wanted

If you own a site or have a long term lease hold site that allows sub-lease facilities and would like to earn additional revenue streams. Please contact us to discuss a wind turbine development. CSRE can carry out a short feasibility study to determine if your land is suitable and what you as a land owner might get from the development.

CSRE can undertake wind turbine developments in isolation or as a joint venture with the land owner, or simply provide development consultancy to the land owners so that they can develop the wind turbines.
