People

Adam Howarth

ADAM HOWARTH BSC (HONS) MRICS

Managing Director

Adam brings a wealth of property knowledge and experience from over 20 years in the property industry. Having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and gained his MRICS qualifications, he gained experience in general practice whilst working at some of the larger surveying practices, with special emphasis on retail sector providing acquisition and professional advice along with retail development advice. Adam then moved into the licenced leisure working for national operators gaining experience in property acquisition and development.

For the last few years Adam has worked with Yorkshire based development companies before setting up Camberley Silver Group with his fellow Directors. Adam has undertaken a wide range of developments both residetntial, commercial and mixed use.

Jason Adlam

JASON ADLAM BSC (HONS) MRICS, FQSI

Director

Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his years within the construction industry. Having qualified as a quantity surveyor before spending many years delivering high profile developments for 2 of the countries foremost development companies, Jason has over 10 years experience in Developments and most recently as Commercial Director at Miller Construction. He can truly appreciate the perspective of both the Client and any contracting organisation.

Shane Tate

SHANE TATE MSC, IENG, CIBSE

Director

Shane brings a wealth and depth of knowledge in sound engineering principals and process integration skills. Shane has worked for one of the largest global consulting engineering firms before starting his own successful consulting engineering firm that now operates throughout the UK, offering Built Environment, Civil & Structural Engineering, Environmental and a Management Consultancy Services to industry.
